I am a working makeup artist with over 25 years’ experience across film, television and commercial projects. My work spans a range of high-profile areas, including leading shows at Fashion Week, and I have worked with clients such as Debbie Harry, Annie Lennox, Olly Alexander and Gerard Butler.

Alongside this, I have contributed to numerous editorial and advertising campaigns, as well as film and television productions, incorporating both beauty, hair and SFX work.

As an experienced educator I have always been interested in how people learn the craft properly.

This ongoing industry work directly informs the way I teach, ensuring the training reflects current professional practice.

The Academy has grown out of that — a structured approach to training that focuses on real skill, practical experience, and the standards expected in professional environments.

It is designed for those who want to take the work seriously, build their ability step by step, and develop the confidence to produce work they can stand behind.
